About

Kaye is a wellness design consultant and design editor with over two decades of experience in the interiors industry. She blends design expertise with evidence-based wellness practices to create environments that enhance overall wellbeing and quality of life.

Having spent over 15 years in London and Amsterdam, Kaye built a rich foundation as an Interior Designer and Design Manager. Accepted to study Architecture in London, she chose instead to pursue a hands-on career in interiors, drawn to the tangible impact of spatial design on everyday life.

Driven by a curiosity to better understand how spaces influence wellbeing, Kaye studied health and nutrition with the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York, followed by training in Mental Health First Aid to gain a deeper understanding of both physical and mental health.

A pivotal moment in her journey came when she had to give up her home during the pandemic – an experience that reaffirmed her belief that our surroundings are fundamental to our health, identity and sense of stability, and ultimately inspired her shift from luxury retail and commercial design toward a deeper focus on homes and how they support wellbeing.

Kaye’s career path – from interior design into editorial – reflects a continual exploration of how design can improve the human experience. She founded Designers Mind, a community focused on mental health and wellbeing in the design industry, which became a bridge to her editorial work exploring the connection between homes, health and sustainability.

Kaye is driven by the belief that the spaces we inhabit profoundly influence how we feel, live and connect to ourselves and others.

Professional Experience

Kaye’s design career spans high-profile projects for clients including Burberry, Saint Laurent, Valentino, Stella McCartney, Chloé, Harrods, Bloomingdale’s, Selfridges, Westfield and Barclays’ HQ. Her background combines design management, detailed project coordination and an understanding of how materials, light and layout influence wellbeing.

Building on this foundation, Kaye transitioned to editorial, becoming Editor of OnOffice magazine before her current role as Editor and Brand Director of WLLW – a platform dedicated to healthy, sustainable living and the evolving relationship between home and wellbeing.

As a WELL Accredited Interior Designer, editor, writer and speaker, Kaye frequently shares insights on the intersection of design and wellbeing – advising architectural practices, healthy brands and editorial platforms on how design can be a tool for better living.

Beyond security, our homes also bestow upon us a deep sense of place and identity. They act as mirrors reflecting our personal histories, tastes and values.
